Dispensationalism, particularly in its popular American evangelical form, interprets current geopolitical conflicts with Iran through an eschatological lens, often viewing them as signs of the end times or the prelude to Armageddon. This theological framework asserts that national Israel has a central, distinct role in prophecy, leading to strong support for Israel against perceived threats from Iran.
