Refuge Coffee
Why?
Mosaic is built on three core blocks- Sanctuary, Community, and Empowerment. We have spent 4 years trying to figure out how to use our gifts and talents to create a church that heals harm and works to fight for justice. IN October, 2024 we were gifted a building and for close to a year we have been imagining how we can use it in a different way. As we create a different way of being a church, we decided to use our space in a new way. Our Sanctuary, located by Greenfield Lake, is a prime location to build a safe space where over coffee, we can create community and empower people. So Refuge Coffee was born. As we work with our community to truly build an inclusive space, we invite you in to help. Over the next few months we will have times to volunteer, wish lists, and fundraising work to do. We invite everyone to join us!
Donate today
We have a space, our community has a need. Together we can change lives. There are unhoused LGBTQ+ people that need a safe space and a chance where the world failed them. We also have low income LGBTQ+ kids who don’t have the privilege to overcome the treatment they receive in schools and in our community. With the proceeds from every coffee sold, we can make life a little bit better for both groups.

As we launch our campaign to fund the coffee shop, we have set up specific sponsorship categories. These are limited. If you would like to pay with a check, please contact office@loveliveshere.church.
Over the next three months we will be remodeling our sanctuary to meet the needs of the coffee shop. This means updating our electrical and plumbing, painting, masonry work, building a bar, exterior building work and more. This is going to take time and money, but we believe that together, we can create something amazing.
Mosaic has designated specific areas for sponsorship. If you have a local business or group and wishes to donate or discuss in-kind donations, please contact our board at office@loveliveshere.church. You can also reach out if you have a group that would like to volunteer during our remodel.
