H2H Harm to Healing

Here’s the updated version with the registration link included prominently:

Harm to Healing (H2H)

Tuesdays · 7:00–8:00 PM ET · Online via Zoom

Sometimes the place that was supposed to give us belonging becomes the place that hurts us.

Harm to Healing (H2H) is a weekly online support group for people who are beginning to question whether a church, workplace, organization, friend group, or other community may be harmful; who are in the process of leaving; or who are recovering and rebuilding after they have left.

Facilitated by a queer pastor and a queer therapist, H2H provides an LGBTQ+ affirming, inclusive space for honest conversations about unhealthy group dynamics, boundaries, grief, identity, trust, healing, and figuring out what comes next.

Each week focuses on a different part of the journey from recognizing harm → breaking up → healing and rebuilding. We begin with a short topic and one question to guide our conversation, followed by group discussion, practical tools, and a closing reflection.

You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't have to know whether you're ready to leave. You don't have to tell your whole story. And because each meeting stands on its own, you can join at any point in the series.

H2H is a support and educational group rather than individual therapy or crisis care.

Come when you need us. Listen when you need to. Share when you're ready.

From harm to healing, you don't have to rebuild alone.
