Pastor Kelley Finch

Kelley is a queer pastor, lifelong Bible nerd, and religion nerd who believes faith should make the world more loving, just, and welcoming.

Raised as a pastor’s kid in the Southern Baptist Convention, Pastor Kelley understands church harm at a deeply personal level. Growing up queer in that environment shaped her commitment to making Mosaic a different kind of faith community—one where questions are welcomed, differences are celebrated, healing is possible, and no one has to hide who they are to belong.

Pastor Kelley is married to Britt, and together they run Rainbow Connection Farm, an animal sanctuary where they care for rescued animals and share their stories. Whether studying the Bible, exploring the world’s religions, caring for animals, or building community at Mosaic, Pastor Kelley is always looking for the places where compassion, justice, faith, and love meet.
