Renting our Space
Mosaic offers its sanctuary and kitchen for community gatherings, celebrations, meetings, workshops, classes, support groups, weddings, memorials, and other approved events. Our children’s space may be added when needed.
All events held at Mosaic must be fully inclusive and consistent with our commitment to creating a safe, affirming, and welcoming community.
One-Time Rentals
Sanctuary Rental — Up to Two Hours: $150
Includes use of the sanctuary and restrooms.
Sanctuary Rental — Up to Four Hours: $250
Includes use of the sanctuary and restrooms.
Sanctuary Rental — Up to Eight Hours: $400
Includes use of the sanctuary and restrooms.
Kitchen Access: Add $50
Children’s Space: Add $50
Kitchen and Children’s Space: Add $75
Basic Sound-System Use: Add $50
The sound system must be operated by someone approved by Mosaic.
Cleaning Fee: $75
Required after most events.
Refundable Damage Deposit: $150
The deposit will be returned after the building has been inspected.
Wedding rentals with Pastor Kelley remain $150, with the rental fee waived for members of Mosaic.
Recurring Rentals
Recurring rates apply when a group uses the building at the same scheduled time each week.
Sanctuary — Up to Two Hours Each Week: $300 per Month
Sanctuary — Up to Four Hours Each Week: $500 per Month
Sanctuary — Up to Eight Hours Each Week: $800 per Month
Monthly Kitchen Access: Add $75
Monthly Children’s-Space Access: Add $75
Monthly Kitchen and Children’s-Space Access: Add $125
Storage Space: May be arranged individually when space is available.
Recurring rentals normally begin with a three-month agreement. Longer agreements may qualify for a reduced rate. Groups requiring several days each week or extensive building access can request a customized agreement.
LGBTQ+ Community Rate
Events organized outside Mosaic that are specifically created for or serving the LGBTQ+ community receive a 50% reduction on facility rental fees.
This discount applies to both one-time and recurring rentals. Cleaning, sound-system, staffing, and refundable damage-deposit charges still apply unless Mosaic’s board approves an exception.
Member Rate
Every Mosaic member receives their first one-time facility rental free each calendar year. Any additional one-time rentals during the same year receive a 50% reduction on facility rental fees.

Free Mission Events
There is no facility rental fee when an event is included within Mosaic’s mission and ministries, approved or sponsored by Mosaic, and free and open to the public.
Mosaic may also waive additional fees when an event directly supports our mission and the necessary volunteers and resources are available.
Rental Availability
All rentals are subject to Mosaic’s worship, ministry, and community schedules.
Currently, the building is unavailable for rentals on Sundays before 5:00 PM and throughout Wednesday evenings. Other dates and times are subject to availability and advance approval.
The Crowded Table is currently planned to open in January 2027. Once it opens, outside rentals will generally be available during evening hours only. Sunday rentals will continue to begin after 5:00 PM, and Wednesday evenings will remain reserved for Mosaic’s regular programming.
Completing a rental request does not guarantee a reservation. A date is confirmed only after Mosaic approves the request and the required agreement and payment have been received.
Inclusivity Requirement
All rentals held at Mosaic must be fully inclusive. Events may not discriminate against or exclude anyone because of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, race, ethnicity, nationality, immigration status, religion, disability, age, economic status, or family structure.
Renters, speakers, leaders, vendors, and participants must respect every person’s identity, relationships, pronouns, beliefs, and dignity. Events promoting discrimination, conversion therapy, hate, harassment, or the exclusion of LGBTQ+ people or other marginalized communities are not permitted on Mosaic property.
Additional Rental Policies
Discounts cannot be combined. When an event qualifies for more than one discount, the option offering the greatest reduction will be used.
All rentals require advance approval and a signed facility-use agreement. Large events and recurring renters may be required to provide proof of liability insurance.
Mosaic reserves the right to decline or end any event that violates these facility-use policies or our commitment to creating a safe and affirming community.
